Aug 2 - Harajuku Girls
I had classes today. I like my lectures. I like one of them more than the other, but they are both good on Tuesdays. I signed up for the surf trip coming up this weekend during my break between lectures. A is considering going. We had lunch together and I just killed time reading in the library after he went to class. I have a nice 3 hour lull between lectures which allows me to either go back to the house, read, have lunch on campus, run an errand or two… however I choose to use it. I like how they are spaced out.
This evening I had plans to go out with Trisha, Brooke from BR set me up with her since they know each other and B used to live here in Melb. Trisha picked me up at 5:45 and we set off for Chapel Street. Chapel Street is a really famous street in Melbourne. It’s quite posh with great shopping, cafes, and people watching. We went to a Tokyo Tepenyaki place and had some yummy food. Then we had a coffee in a little place inside the Jam Factory – it’s a little mall with shops, cafes, and a movie theatre. We came back after that because she had work and I had class, so I was back around 9. Trisha was great. She was totally nice and I look forward to hanging out with her again. (Cheers Brooke!)
